EXTND Shipping Policy
At EXTND, we work hard to ensure your order is packed with care and dispatched as quickly as possible. This policy outlines how shipping, delivery, and tracking are handled for all orders placed through the EXTND website.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may vary based on location, weather, or unforeseen delays. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of EXTND’s control.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. EXTND is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us and we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements for lost parcels are issued at EXTND’s discretion once the courier investigation is complete.
Returns for Exchange (if approved)
If you choose to return an item and request a different product, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of sending the original item back to EXTND, as well as the shipping fee for the new item being dispatched. Exchange requests will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. All returns must receive approval from our team before any items are sent back.
Refused or Returned Parcels
Parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect addresses, or refusal to accept delivery will not be eligible for a refund on shipping costs. Additional return‑to‑sender fees may apply.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
