Yes — with proper care, our lash extensions are designed for multiple wears. Longevity varies depending on your application, removal, and storage routine.

Are your products safe for sensitive eyes?
Our products are formulated with high‑quality materials suitable for most users. However, sensitivity varies from person to person. We recommend you do a test patch before applying to your eyelashes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. DO NOT APPLY ADHESIVE INTO YOUR EYES OR ON YOUR EYELID SKIN. Apply to your eyelashes only.

 

How long do the lashes last?
With correct aftercare, EXTND lashes typically last 7–14 days. Longevity depends on your natural lash cycle, lifestyle, and how well you follow our aftercare guidelines. Avoid excessive moisture, oil‑based products, and rubbing your eyes to maximize wear time.

 

Will EXTND DIY Lash Extensions Damage My Natural Lashes?
EXTND DIY Lash Extensions are designed to be gentle on your natural lashes when applied and removed correctly. Our system was created with lash health as a top priority, so proper technique is essential to ensuring your natural lashes remain healthy throughout the process.

Our lash segments are lightweight and designed to attach across multiple natural lashes, distributing weight evenly.

For safe removal, always use our gentle bond‑dissolving remover to soften the adhesive before taking off each segment. Never pull or tug at the lashes without loosening the bond first, as this may cause your natural lashes to come out with them. The remover works within minutes and is the only safe method for damage‑free removal.

How long does it take to apply EXTND DIY Lash Extensions?
The EXTND lash system is designed for quick, effortless application, most users complete a full set in around 10 minutes. It’s the perfect solution for anyone who wants long‑lasting, salon‑quality lashes without spending hours at appointments every few weeks.

If it’s your first time applying DIY lash extensions or you’re new to segment‑style lashes, allow a little extra time. Like anything new, there’s a short learning curve, and it may take a couple of applications to get comfortable with the technique.

During your first 1–2 applications, it may take slightly longer than 10 minutes as you familiarise yourself with the system. Once you’ve practiced, the process becomes fast, simple, and seamless, typically taking just 10 minutes from start to finish.

 

Will my natural eyelashes still grow while wearing EXTND lash extensions?
Yes, your natural lashes will continue to grow as normal while wearing EXTND DIY Lash Extensions. For best results, apply each segment close to the natural lash line without touching the skin. Leaving approximately 1mm of space ensures there’s no tension at the root and allows your natural lashes to grow and move freely.

 

How do I care for my EXTND DIY Lash Extensions?
To maximize the longevity and appearance of your EXTND lashes, follow the aftercare guidelines below. Proper care ensures your lashes stay lifted, fluffy, and secure for as long as possible.

Aftercare Instructions

Keep your lashes dry for the first 48 hours.
Avoid water, steam, sweat, humidity, and hot showers during this period to allow the bond to fully set.

Avoid oil‑based products around the eye area.
This includes foundations, creams, cleansers, eyeliners, and eyeshadows containing oils, as oils can break down the bond.

Do not apply mascara.
Your EXTND lashes are designed to give a full, lifted look without the need for mascara.

Be gentle when applying or removing makeup.
Take care around the eye area to avoid disturbing the lash segments.

Avoid rubbing, pulling, or touching your lashes.
Excess pressure can weaken the bond and shorten wear time.

Avoid sleeping on your face.
Side or stomach sleeping can cause lashes to bend or lift prematurely.

Be mindful when exposing your lashes to water.
Avoid high‑pressure water (e.g., direct shower streams). After your lashes get wet, gently pat them dry and brush them to maintain their shape.

 

Why did my bond become clumpy?
This can happen if the bond bottle isn’t sealed completely airtight after use.

Because our bond is formulated to dry faster and hold for an extended period, exposure to air can cause the texture to thicken or become slightly clumpy over time.

To prevent this, avoid leaving the bottle open and always close it tightly immediately after each use.
